AMS makes it easy to provide individual dealers the items they need with a minimum of waste and a high level of adherence to the company brand.

When it comes to managing the needs of multiple dealers, our clients find our Custom Collateral Connection tool indispensable. Here's how it works: The company stores the templates for its collateral pieces online. Then, individual dealers can log in through the Internet, access the approved templates, and customize them with their specific information, from their address and phone number to photos of the salespeople at their location.

When they're ready, the dealers can place an order for the materials online. AMS will print them and ship them to the dealers. Or the dealers can enter their mailing lists into the system and AMS will mail the materials directly to their prospects and customers.

The result: collateral is tailored to each location but still fits perfectly with the brand look and messaging determined at the corporate level.
